Acro builds on the foundation of tumbling and is for the advanced tumbling student. Prerequisites for acro include: Front and back walkover, cartwheel, handstand, back bend. In Acro, students work on aerials, front and back handsprings, and advanced tumbling tricks. Overall flexibility, especially back flexibility is a major component of this class.

Any color leotard, sports bra, dance shorts, leggings. Barefoot.
